Shipping Terms – Bondante

1. Shipping Regions

We ship to Switzerland, Australia, and other countries worldwide.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Switzerland (Domestic):

• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
• Express shipping: 1–2 business days (if available)

Australia (International):

• Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
• Express shipping: 3–7 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing or other circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Switzerland: Current shipping costs are shown at checkout. We offer free standard shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 100.

Australia: Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to orders over AUD 150.

Additional duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipment Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if provided by the shipping carrier.

6. Customs and Import Regulations

Switzerland: No customs duties apply to shipments within Switzerland. Imported goods from abroad may be subject to customs duties and Swiss VAT.

Australia: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Bondante takes no responsibility for delays caused by Australian customs. You can find information about Australian customs regulations at www.abf.gov.au.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bondante2025@gmail.com. We will resolve the matter with the shipping carrier and find a solution.

Australia: Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are not delivered or arrive in an unacceptable condition.

Right of withdrawal – Bondante

At Bondante, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The period begins on the day you or a person named by you received the delivery.

Notice for customers in Switzerland: In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales. We voluntarily grant the return right stated above, in addition to your statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

Notice for customers in Australia: Australian customers also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in addition to our voluntary return policy. These include the right to a replacement, repair, or refund for major defects, as well as compensation for other foreseeable losses.

Conditions for a return

• The items must be unworn, unused and in original condition .
• All tags, labels and the original packaging must be included.
• Returns are possible for change of mind, wrong size, incorrect order, as well as defective or damaged items.

Return process

1. Contact us: Send an email to bondante2025@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Packaging: Carefully pack the items in the original packaging or equivalent packaging.
3. Return shipment: Send the package to the return address you receive from us.

Return shipping costs

• For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For returns due to change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
• An exchange for a different size is free of charge, provided the desired item is available.
• A handling fee of 10 CHF (Switzerland) or AUD 15 (Australia) applies to returns.

Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds for Swiss customers are made in CHF, and for Australian customers in AUD.

Statutory warranty rights

Switzerland: The statutory warranty period is 2 years from delivery in accordance with OR Art. 197 ff.

Australia: Our products come with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
